We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products.Position SummaryThe Associate CAD Designer will be responsible for generating on brand CAD artwork for their category. This includes developing patterns and graphics that are aligned with the seasonal color trends selected by the Design team. The Associate CAD Designer will also be expected to attend meetings with cross-functional partners to understand the brands seasonal vision and presentation. They will also be responsible for updating, tracking, and managing CAD logs to ensure all CADs are properly reported.Primary ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute production ready and innovative print/pattern CADs and graphics for assigned category in a timely mannerDevelop pattern repeats and produce alternate colorways using NedGraphicsManage and update the CAD Tracking Chart with daily status reports to ensure all CADs are properly tracked, and distribute the Tracker weekly to cross-functional teamsWork with cross-functional partners on the visualization, presentation, and communication of pattern concepts through CAD artworkAssign CAD Numbers, CAD Names, and save final CADs for approval in timely mannerFind ideas for print needs and create new CADs for the Quarterly Print PresentationActively participate in Quarterly Assortment Meetings with the Design and Merchandising Teams, supporting Design Leads by re-coloring prints on the spotLeverage AI tools to enhance the design process and facilitate workload, supporting the creation and refinement of new prints and original design conceptsEvaluate and review samples and strike-offs against design and quality standards, ensuring that all produced items meet brand specificationsManage and prioritize tasks effectively, aligning them with calendar deadlines and ensuring timely completion of projectsSend CAD requests to studios and vendors based on direction from design and merchantsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design, or related fieldMinimum 3+ years of industry experienceExperience with Computer Aided Design and/or graphic-oriented software applicationsAble to work with cross-functional teams to understand brand vision and goalsStrong brand understandingProficient in Adobe CS Software and NedGraphicsProficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent at multi-taskingExtremely organized & strong attention to detailFast and efficient worker & deadline focusedUnderstanding of copyright designPositive attitude and excellent team playerWhy Join Fullbeauty?Competitive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision)Employer HSA Contribution401K MatchEmployee Assistance ProgramHybrid Work Schedule (Corporate)Business Casual AttireWellness Initiatives30% Associate Merchandise Discount Across our Family of BrandsEmployee Discount on Travel, Cell Phone Plans and MoreGenerous Paid Time Off ProgramPromote From Within CultureCommitment to Being an Equal Opportunity EmployerLife Insurance BenefitsInternal charity that supports FULLBEAUTY Brands' associates and their immediate family members during times of extreme hardshipFULLBEAUTY BrandsTM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
