Cleared Custodian with TS/SCI Clearance with CI-PolyChantilly, VAJoin IDS International's Cleared Programs team supporting secure and mission-critical environments.The Cleared Custodian supports facility operations by performing routine cleaning and maintenance within secure work environments. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring orderly and safe conditions in accordance with security and facility standards. The Cleared Custodian operates within controlled areas and is expected to follow established procedures while maintaining a professional work environment.Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of secure work areasMaintain cleanliness and organization of facility spacesRestock supplies as neededFollow security guidelines while working in controlled environmentsSupport a safe, clean, and professional work environmentRequired QualificationsClearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly) requiredCitizenship: U.S. CitizenRequired Experience: Ability to perform routine custodial tasksAbility to follow instructions and maintain reliabilityStrong attention to cleanliness and facility standardsPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive cleaning motions (wiping, sweeping, mopping)Ability to work in restricted or controlled areas as requiredPreferred Qualifications Prior custodial or facility support experience with basic familiarity of safety proceduresExperience working in secure facilitiesWork Schedule & ConditionsSchedule: Monday–FridayShift Availability:1st Shift: 0600–14302nd Shift: 1400–22303rd Shift: 2200–0600Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per weekOvertime : Overtime is a requirement for this contract and is based on client needs (40–50 hours per week)Compensation & Benefits1st Shift Rate: $ 28.07 per hour + H&W2nd Shift Rate: $ 32.07 per hour + H&W3rd Shift Rate: $ 32.07 per hour + H&WHealth, 401(k), PTO & Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays are available to all W2 employees of IDS.ApplyApply to learn more about this opportunity.
