In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of cutting-edge technology products that support our customer loyalty and travel initiatives. You will work within an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence product design, drive technological innovation, and contribute to the overall success of the bank’s customer engagement platforms.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or related fields, complemented by extensive practical experience in software engineering. Formal training or certifications in software development principles are essential, along with a minimum of 10 years of applied experience in the industry. Proficiency in advanced programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js is required. The candidate should have a deep understanding of RAG architectures, including chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector stores like Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector, or FAISS. Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI is highly desirable. Hands-on experience working with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude models, and model invocation APIs is necessary. The candidate must demonstrate strong prompt engineering skills, including system prompts, few-shot learning, chain-of-thought, and structured output generation. Familiarity with building conversational AI applications, including chatbots and voicebots, and proficiency with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and SQS are essential. Additionally, experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker, ECS/EKS, infrastructure-as-code, and API design (REST, GraphQL) will be highly valued.
