This position is expected to excel in customer-facing interactions during daily arcade operations and be able to run sales in the Arcade Store.This role provides leadership and strategic decision-making, while upholding all operating standards to impact our guests and staff in a positive manner.The ideal candidate will have a history of 5+ years of professional experience, excelling at these duties and demonstrating success in action.To be successful in this role, you must:Exemplify our Core Values:Be Excellent.Care Deeply.Innovate Always.Demonstrate exceptional soft skills:Effective Communication - Obtain important data from the organization to streamline it for the staff and customers. Consistency in the details is key to success in this role.Managing the day to day operations of the arcade and cafe, including staffing, hiring, training and disciplinary actions.Flexible work scheduled, including weekends, nights and holidays.Maintaining a safe and comfortable working environment for staff and customers.Understanding budgets and how best to effectively manage staffing and coverage without sacrificing our service.Attendant duties: cleaning, organizing, tidying, and keeping everything orderly and safe.Store duties: stocking, receiving, selling, redeeming points for prizes, and more.Kitchen duties: serving, preparing food, cleaning including dishes, organizing stock.Tech duties: receiving, setting up, maintaining, taking down, moving, and delivering machines.Promote Tycoon Arcade sales and eventsProvide excellent customer serviceOther duties as assigned.Where and When?This position is in-person in Bedford, NH. This is a dedicated, full-time position, averaging 40-50 hours a week including weekend hours.Working hours are dictated by the business and are subject to change.Paid Tryouts are required prior to starting so that you can ensure this is a position that will work long-term.
