Role Description Alan Waggoner State Farm is seeking a full-time Insurance Agent to join our dedicated team on-site in Huntsville, AL. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include selling insurance policies, managing accounts, assisting clients with policy inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The agent will also contribute to business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the insurance market. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Insurance Sales, Insurance products, and Insurance BrokerageUnderstanding of Finance-related concepts relevant to insurance planning and policiesStrong Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to achieve goalsPrior experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plusPossession of relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain themHigh school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
