cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field10+ years of experience in program/project managementExperience managing enterprise cybersecurity or IT operations programsDemonstrated leadership in complex environments with multiple stakeholdersExperience with federal or regulated environments preferredRequired Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP)Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Or equivalent cybersecurity leadership certificationsDuties: Serve as primary liaison with client stakeholders and oversee contract performanceProvide planning, coordination, staffing oversight, and quality controlManage risks, issues, and performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs)Oversee reporting cadence including weekly, monthly, and executive briefingsEnsure delivery of cybersecurity services across SOC, NOC, engineering, and compliance functionsLead transition planning and knowledge transfer activitiesMaintain program management artifacts including Program Management Plan, Staffing Plan, and Quality Control PlanEnsure adherence to federal cybersecurity standards (NIST, FISMA, Zero Trust)Powered by JazzHR
