School Behavior Specialist in Brighton, CO

Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A short-term contract opportunity is available for a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support preschool-aged children (3-5 years old) in a school setting in Lafayette, CO. This role involves working with young learners in both morning and afternoon sessions within a structured educational environment.Location: Lafayette, COAssignment Duration: 1 month (March 30th, 2026 April 24th, 2026)Schedule:Morning Session: 7:50 AM 10:50 AM (17 students)Afternoon Session: 11:50 AM 2:50 PM (13 students)Responsibilities:Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Behavior Specialist.Support classroom teachers by providing direct one-on-one and group behavioral interventions.Observe and collect data on student progress to inform treatment plans.Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with students and staff as needed.Collaborate with the educational team to ensure consistent and effective behavior management.Qualifications:Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.Bilingual proficiency to support diverse student needs.Experience working with preschool-aged children in a school environment is beneficial.Strong communication and observational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.This position offers the chance to make a measurable impact in the lives of young students over a focused, short-term period.
