Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Process payments and provide accurate change - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Knowledge of basic math for handling payments - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations - Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus - Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology is an advantage We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
