The role involves the integration of clinical knowledge with informatics expertise to optimize health information systems, workflows, and patient care processes. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining clinical applications, providing end-user training and support, analyzing data to improve healthcare outcomes, and fostering collaboration between clinical and IT teams.QualificationsExpertise in Clinical Informatics systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and system implementationStrong clinical knowledge, including experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare settingData analysis, workflow optimization, and process improvement skillsProficiency in training and providing user support for clinical applicationsAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required; certification in clinical informatics is a plusFamiliarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
