Cashier

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items for customers - Process returns and exchanges - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer questions and provide product information - Promote store loyalty programs and upsell additional products - Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise Qualifications: - Previous cashier or retail experience preferred - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist non-English speaking customers - Ability to effectively communicate and provide excellent customer service - Familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions accurately - Knowledge of electronics, technology, or wireless sales is a plus - Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism - Proficient in phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our company.
