Job Description Warehouse Logistics & Forklift AssociateSchedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMRead on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics & Forklift Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires strong forklift skills, accuracy, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad trailers with truckload orders and warehouse transfers using sit-down or stand-up forkliftsSafely place palletized products into warehouse racking up to 25 feet high without damaging inventory or equipmentPick, prepare, stage, and organize LTL and UPS orders accurately and efficientlyRepackage products, including private labeling, stretch wrapping, and applying printed labels correctlyOperate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stretch wrappers safely and responsiblyPerform finished goods put-away using warehouse inventory systems and material handling equipmentMaintain accurate inventory handling while ensuring all warehouse procedures and safety standards are followedAssist with shipping, receiving, warehouse organization, and additional warehouse duties as assignedCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operationsContribute ideas and feedback to improve warehouse processes and productivityQualifications & RequirementsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizationAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentDependable attendance and punctuality requiredWillingness to accept responsibility, learn from mistakes, and continuously improveBasic math and computer skills requiredAbility to learn warehouse software and shipping systemsForklift experience preferred; must operate equipment safely and follow all inspection proceduresCommitment to workplace safety and following company procedures at all timesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shiftAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for 10+ hours per shiftComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with varying temperatures and dust exposureManual dexterity and ability to safely handle warehouse materials and equipmentCompany DescriptionProSource Staffing is a professional staffing agency dedicated to connecting qualified candidates with companies in need of reliable talent.
