IAM Project Manager Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables for IAM projects. Define project scope, goals, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. Allocate project resources, both onsite and offshore, effectively and efficiently. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables within budget. Lead and manage a diverse team of IAM and PAM professionals, including architects, consultants, and business analysts. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Define team roles and responsibilities, and assign tasks and projects based on individual strengths and expertise. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Identify skill gaps and training needs within the team and facilitate appropriate training programs. Establish strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Understand customer requirements, goals, and objectives, and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables. Ensure effective communication and coordination between the project team and customers throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively address customer concerns and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide regular project status updates to customers, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation plans. Possess a deep understanding of IAM technologies, including SailPoint, CyberArk, and Okta. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the IAM field and leverage this knowledge to drive innovative solutions and best practices. Collaborate with IAM architects and consultants to design and implement IAM solutions that meet customer requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to the team members, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful implementation of IAM technologies.
