Clinical Director

Empowered Staffing is partnered with a drug and alcohol rehab organization offering detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a Clinical Director for its newest facility in Richmond to manage and lead the clinical staff and oversee facility programming.Responsibilities:Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility to ensure smooth daily function Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary What We're Looking For: A Master's degree (or higher) in a related field is preferred 5 years of supervisory experience in a hospital/ residential setting preferred; 3 years of experience in chemical dependency/dual-diagnosed clients Current LPC, LCSW, or LSATP license in the state of Virginia
