The Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating subcontractors and resources, and maintaining project documentation to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.QualificationsProven leadership and team coordination experience in the construction industryProficiency in construction management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentationIn-depth knowledge of luxury retail construction, tenant improvements, ground-up developments, and restaurantStrong understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standardsEffective communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors and design teamsAbility to meet rigorous timelinesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a qualifying experience is preferredRelevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, LEED, PMP) are beneficial
