This is for someone who takes pride in precision, ownership, and operational excellence. The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator will oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure warehouse processes are executed seamlessly. Key Job Responsibilities Manage all inbound receiving, including verification, inspection, and system entry of goods Coordinate and execute outbound shipping, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and tracking (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are upheld Partner with operations, production, and leadership to align on priorities and timelines Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and process accuracy Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred 25+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse coordination, or logistics Experience within apparel, sportswear, or consumer goods strongly preferred Familiarity with Shopify, Chipply, Printavo, Shipstation and Monday.com Familiarity with inventory systems (WMS, ERP, or similar) Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented Ability to lift up to 50+lbs.
