We are in a significant growth phase, and this is your opportunity to grow with us.About the RoleWe are growing our Small & Special Projects Division and looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare construction environment. You will own projects from kickoff to closeout. Site visits will be required to develop scope of work for owners to then provide estimate and pricing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of small and special construction projects within active healthcare facilities, from pre-construction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes of work.Coordinate with owners, end users, hospital facility teams, and design professionals to ensure seamless project delivery.Enforce ICRA/PCRA protocols and all infection control requirements within occupied healthcare environments.Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders. Work with accounting for pay application submissions.Conduct regular site visits, safety inspections, and owner progress meetings.Maintain and grow client relationships. Your work is the foundation of our reputation.What You BringRequired:1-3 years of project management experience in commercial or healthcare construction.Significant field work experience. Problem solving for client requested outcome of project.Demonstrated experience managing projects within active healthcare or clinical environments.Strong understanding of construction scheduling (Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar), budgeting, and contract administration.Working knowledge of ICRA/PCRA requirements, FGI guidelines, and healthcare facility standards.Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Pittsburgh-area project sites.Preferred:Degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.OSHA 30 certification.Prior experience with UPMC, Allegheny Health Network, or other Pittsburgh-area health systems.Familiarity with small project delivery (under $2M), tenant improvement work, and fast-track renovations.Mid-Level (1-3 Years Experience or Foreman Field Expertise)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary $ 90,000 - $110,000Performance-based bonuses tied to project success.
