This role ensures consistent HR practices across sites while supporting a growing, multi-state workforce. The position does not manage payroll or benefits administration but collaborates closely with those functions.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningOwn full-cycle recruiting across assigned locations - Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role definition - Maintain recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement - Support employer branding and local recruiting strategiesOnboarding & New Hire IntegrationLead onboarding processes across all assigned locations - Ensure effective integration of new hires - Own the Stay Interview program of 30/60/90/180-day and one-year follow-upsEmployee Relations & HR SupportServe as primary HR contact across locations - Provide guidance on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution - Ensure consistent application of policiesCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with employment laws across all states - Support audits and maintain documentation - Partner with VP of HR on risk mitigationCompensationBase Salary Range: $85,000 $95,000 annuallyBonus Program: Target 20% annual bonus based on performance metrics including hiring outcomes, retention, and manager satisfactionQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR or related field - 3-5+ years of HR experience - Strong recruiting and generalist background - Multi-state experience preferred
