SMT Machine Operator

SMT Operator needed for long-term day shift (7a-3:30p) in Windsor, CT, earning $19-$21/hr based on experience. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining automated SMT machinery to assemble PCBs, including component loading, quality inspections, troubleshooting, and documentation. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, prior SMT manufacturing experience, technical proficiency with automated equipment, manual dexterity, and keen eyesight. Certification such as IPC-A-610 or IPC J-STD-001 is preferred. Equipment used includes pick-and-place machines, printers, AOI systems, microscopes, and soldering tools.
