Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all core accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payrollLead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timelinessManage treasury operations, including cash flow oversight, forecasting, and banking relationshipsSupport the implementation and optimization of NetSuite, driving process improvements and automationMaintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policiesPrepare and review financial statements, reports, and variance analyses for leadershipPartner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesCoordinate annual audit activities and serve as the primary liaison with external auditorsOversee revenue cycle accounting in a healthcare environmentIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across accounting processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA designation preferred8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilitiesExperience in healthcare finance, preferably supporting physician practices or multi-site healthcare organizationsProven ability to manage and develop a small accounting teamStrong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controlsExperience working in environments transitioning from manual to automated processes is highly preferredExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
