This role oversees technicians, schedules repairs, manages preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensures safety and environmental compliance, coordinates with operations and vendors, tracks KPIs, and helps control maintenance costs. It combines hands-on technical leadership with planning and performance management in an active operational setting.The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience maintaining heavy or industrial equipment and prior leadership experience. Veterans with backgrounds in heavy equipment, diesel, industrial, or electromechanical systems are a strong fit. This role requires solid computer skills, the ability to understand basic financial and performance data, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
