Our seasoned field crews, loyal customer base, and steady pipeline of work create a stable, professional environment where good people can grow.THE ROLEWe are looking for a sharp, organized Estimator / Project Manager to join our team and help us manage projects from preconstruction through completion. You will work primarily from the office, taking ownership of the estimating process, sourcing materials, coordinating vendor quotes, and scheduling deliveries — ensuring the field always has what it needs to stay on schedule and on budget.This is a hands-on role that sits at the center of our operations. You will work closely with ownership, field supervisors, and subcontractors, and you will have real ownership of your projects from the first number to the final invoice.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES•    Prepare accurate estimates for masonry, concrete, and excavation scopes of work•    Source materials, solicit vendor quotes, and negotiate pricing•    Coordinate and schedule material deliveries to align with project timelines•    Manage project budgets and track costs throughout the life of each job•    Build and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationships•    Communicate project status, schedules, and updates to ownership and clients•    Coordinate with field crews to resolve day-to-day project challenges•    Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentationWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR•    Experience in masonry, structural concrete, excavation, or related site work•    Proven estimating background — comfortable reading plans and writing scopes•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once•    Clear communicator — with vendors, subcontractors, and clients alike•    Detail-oriented and accountable; you follow through on what you commit to•    Team-oriented mindset with the confidence to take initiative and lead when needed•    Proficiency with standard office and estimating software (Excel, Bluebeam, or similar)
