Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in San Jose, CA, for a Medical Doctor. The responsibilities include diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, performing medical examinations, prescribing medications, and developing tailored treatment plans for patients. Additional duties involve educating patients on preventive care, analyzing medical tests, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Medical Doctor will uphold high clinical standards, ensure compliance with medical regulations, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong diagnostic, patient assessment, and treatment planning skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team membersKnowledge of medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and healthcare regulationsExperience with medical technology and electronic health record (EHR) systemsBoard certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another relevant specialtyValid medical license to practice in the state of CaliforniaCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentExperience in primary care or a patient-centered medical home model is a plus
