Compliance Analyst

Localpayment is a fintech company specializing in local and cross-border payment solutions for emerging markets. Our platform enables global companies to accept payments in local currencies through native methods in each country, facilitating their international expansion.In 2024, Localpayment entered into a strategic partnership with Aleph Group, a global technology and digital media company. This collaboration enhances our capabilities and reach, combining robust payment infrastructure with a broader digital ecosystem.We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to support our compliance framework, assisting with onboarding, AML controls, and regulatory processes across LATAM operations. This role is essential in safeguarding Localpayment’s integrity by providing operational support and ensuring adherence to established procedures.What will you be doing?Perform merchant onboarding procedures (KYC) by reviewing documentation and following internal checklists;Support the team in handling due diligence requests from banks and payment providers;Help maintain records and reports related to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and controls;Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.What are we looking for?
