Entry Level Assembler/OperatorIRVINE, CA Immediately Temporary/ContractHighlightsJob Number BH_484873Location IRVINE, CAStart Date ImmediatelyJob Type Temporary/ContractDescriptionVolt is immediately hiring 2nd Shift Entry Level Assembler/Operator for a manufacturing company in Irvine CaAs a Entry Level Assembler/Operator you will:Day to Day ResponsibilitiesAssemble seals and components using microscope per work orders and final printsEnsure all parts meet high-quality standards through visual and dimensional inspectionPerform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers and video inspection stationsMaintain material traceability for spring and jacket materials.Cut and weld springs accurately to specifications.Operate spring winder and spring former machines under supervision..Maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with team members and CNC machinists to ensure balanced production.Troubleshoot and contribute to process improvements.Comply with all legal, regulatory, and company safety requirementsThis is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire OpportunityThe ideal candidate will have:Required Skills & Qualifications1-5 years of experience working in assemblyStrong ability to read blueprints and understand work ordersStrong understanding of seal attributesProficiency in tasks such as spring cutting, welding, inspection, spring forming, and secondary seal testingCan use all inspection tools to measure seals to print conformanceMust meet ITAR requirementsPreferred Skills & QualificationsPunctual an hard working individualStrong attention to detailsUnderstand and follow clean room procedures (preferred)Schedule: Monday - Friday 1pm-9:30pm ** train on first shift 5:00am-1:30pmPay Rate: $17.00-$18.00 per hourQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
