Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic is seeking a highly motivated Outpatient Psychiatrist to help grow outpatient behavioral health services in Hopkinsville, KY. This role offers strong clinical and administrative support in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Compensation & Benefits: Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $350,000Sign-on bonus: $75,000Additional earning potential: Psychiatrists typically earn $400,000 $500,000+ based on productivityComprehensive benefits packageRelocation assistanceCME allowance Practice Setting:This outpatient role focuses on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing treatment in a team-based setting that includes: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs)Licensed therapists providing individual outpatient services Key Responsibilities: Perform psychiatric assessments and diagnose mental health conditionsDevelop and manage individualized treatment plansProvide medication management and follow-up careCollaborate with PMHNPs, therapists, and nursing staffSupervise PMHNPs as neededProvide co-signatures for therapistsMaintain accurate EMR documentationParticipate in case conferences and quality initiativesFollow ethical, legal, and regulatory standards Call Responsibilities:Jennie Stuart Medical Center operates a 12-bed adult inpatient behavioral health unit.
