The Collections Manager will oversee day-to-day collection operations, lead and develop the collections team, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Responsibilities include monitoring account portfolios, setting collection goals, implementing strategies to achieve performance targets, and maintaining positive communication with clients and consumers.
