The Collections Manager will oversee day-to-day collection operations, lead and develop the collections team, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Responsibilities include monitoring account portfolios, setting collection goals, implementing strategies to achieve performance targets, and maintaining positive communication with clients and consumers. This role requires a balance of leadership, operational efficiency, and customer relationship management.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, develop, and motivate team membersProficient in collections strategies, account portfolio management, and goal settingKnowledge of compliance and regulatory standards related to debt collection practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsExperience working with collection systems and modern financial technology toolsAttention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in collections or financial services is highly desirable
