Ideal Book of Business Profile Approximately $500K in recurring tax and advisory revenueClient base consisting of closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and/or multinational entitiesStrong client retention and ethical practice managementOpportunity for cross-selling, advisory expansion, and long-term growth Leadership & Transition Expectations The firm is seeking a senior tax leader to transition with the book if they choose and provide continuity, leadership, and advisory depth throughout the integration process.
