Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Our client is seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to maintain production equipment, including CNC machine punches/breaks, ovens, wash tanks, powder paint booths, conveyors, and roller tables. The ideal candidate will have a solid industrial maintenance background, with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, machine mechanics, and electrical systems.**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician**Location:** Grand Prairie, TX**Pay Range:** $30/hr and up, DOE**Shift: 11:00PM -7:30AM Sunday -Thursday****(Requires training on 1st shift)****What's the Job?**+ Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment, including CNC machine punches/breaks, ovens, wash tanks, powder paint booths, conveyors, and roller tables.+ Perform mechanical, plumbing, welding, and electrical repairs to ensure equipment functionality.+ Analyze hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems to identify issues and take corrective action.+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, control logic diagrams, and schematics.+ Install, replace, and calibrate parts and equipment according to specifications.+ Conduct preventive maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machine components.+ Collaborate in the assembly, dismantling, and rigging of machinery.+ Maintain up-to-date maintenance logs and records in CMMS.+ Interact with vendors for technical support and parts procurement.+ Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering to safety protocols.**What's Needed?**+ Associate's degree or 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.+ Experience with 480V/3-phase electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.+ Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.+ Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
