Digital Marketing Manager
About Sharon Young Inc. Sharon Young Inc. is the parent company behind a portfolio of women’s apparel brands—Slimsation, Ali Miles, John Mark, Tru Luxe, and Multiples—sold across our own e-commerce sites, wholesale channels, and Amazon. Our products enhance lives and self-image every day, and we are growing our digital capabilities to match that ambition. The Role The Digital Marketing Manager will own the holistic digital strategy and day-to-day execution for Sharon Young’s e-commerce ecosystem. The primary focus is our branded DTC sites (with Slimsation as the #1 priority), followed by our Amazon presence (1P and 3P) as a valued secondary channel. This role will be the driving force behind online revenue growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention—and for the right candidate a pathway for growth. As part of a highly collaborative team of 4 people, you will work closely with our internal brand and creative team, manage our marketing coordinator and serve as the primary point of contact for our agency partners. What You’ll Do E-Commerce & Site Strategy (Primary Focus)• Own the digital roadmap across 5 branded DTC Shopify sites, with Slimsation as the lead priority brand.• Drive site merchandising, product assortment presentation, and conversion rate optimization.• Lead SEO strategy, SEM campaigns, and on-site personalization to maximize organic and paid traffic.• Leverage Rebuy and Retention.com to build personalized customer journeys that increase AOV and repeat purchase rates.• Use Hotjar or equivalent heat mapping tools to continuously identify UX friction and iterate. Amazon (Secondary Channel)• Oversee Amazon 1P and 3P operations, with a focus on listing optimization, sponsored ads, and brand consistency.• Identify growth opportunities across Amazon programs including drop-ship partnerships. Email, Social & Content Marketing• Build and execute lifecycle email marketing programs using Klaviyo—segmentation, flows, campaigns, and A/B testing.• Develop content and social media strategies aligned to each brand’s unique positioning and customer.• Identify, manage, and measure influencer partnerships as a demand-generation channel. Analytics & Reporting• Own the analytics stack: Google Analytics 4, Looker, and platform-native dashboards to track KPIs and surface insights.• Working knowledge of AI-driven capabilities and how to integrate into operational and marketing projects for maximum efficiency.• Report regularly to senior leadership on revenue performance, channel efficiency, and growth opportunities.• Employ data-driven strategies to allocate budget and validate ROI across all channels. Team & Vendor Leadership• Day-to-day management of Marketing Coordinator and our external agency relationships.• Work cross-functionally with brand, creative, and IT to deliver campaigns and site capabilities on schedule.• Evaluate vendor and agency performance; ensure all solutions are fully utilized and delivering against goals. KPIs & What Success Looks Like We have historical benchmarks and will set year-one targets together based on your assessment of our starting point. The metrics we care about most: • Scaling / revenue growth (total and by brand, led by Slimsation)• Conversion rate and average order value (AOV) improvement across DTC sites• Email list growth, open rates, click rates, and revenue attributed to email• Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS) across paid channels• Customer retention rate and repeat purchase rate• Amazon channel sales growth (secondary) You will be responsible on the key strategies on how to achieve these goals—not just execute a playbook. Your strategic perspective on our benchmarks is part of the role. What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in consumer goods, apparel, or DTC e-commerce.• Proven track record of growing e-commerce revenue in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.• Hands-on expertise with Shopify (site management, merchandising, and integrations).• Proficiency with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, campaign execution).• Experience with Rebuy, Retention.com, and Google Analytics 4.• Familiarity with Looker or comparable BI tools for reporting.• Experience with heat mapping tools (Hotjar or equivalent).• Amazon Seller/Vendor Central experience is a meaningful plus, not a requirement.• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with data and decision-making under uncertainty.• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to report to executive leadership clearly and concisely.• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Compensation & Growth Path We are building for the long term and want this person to grow with us. • Competitive base salary• Performance incentives tied to KPI achievement—the better we grow, the better you do.• Clear upward path• Location: On-site at our Dallas, Texas headquarters.
