Bartender – Neighborhood Bar in Everett Location: Everett, WA Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and experienced Bartender to join our team at our neighborhood bar in Everett. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled at creating a welcoming environment, and able to balance great customer service with attention to detail behind the bar. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently, following standard recipes and company guidelines Offer table service and check in with guests to anticipate their needs Handle all aspects of cash handling, including opening and closing tills and balancing the drawer at the end of the shift Operate our Toast POS system to process transactions and manage tabs Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including daily cleaning tasks and restocking supplies Qualifications Previous bartending experience required Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and bar service standards Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred Proven ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Must be 21+ with a valid MAST permit and food handler’s card $17.13/hour plus great tips!
