This is accomplished, in part, through the assignment and acceptance of projects that are beneficial to the experience and assessment of the caregiver's skills. Projects may be assigned both from fellow caregivers, as well as leadership. The position is responsible for: 1) the execution and completion of projects assigned to the role; 2) assisting other caregivers related to their ongoing assignments and projects; 3) serving as a resource to other organizational members; and 4) consulting with supervisors and staff as needed. This position has no direct patient care contact, has access to confidential employee/organizational information and will function as a business partner in collaboration with other department and organizational members.
