Depending on the situation, customer support may be delivered directly to the customer or in collaboration with the sales representative. Provide customer support via chat and email, including troubleshooting and triaging issues as needed. Process customer sales orders and follow up on status. Backup and support Vivacity mainline call queue. Answer general customer questions such as product tracking information, order status, etc. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records with correct information - requesting new customer account and tax exemption documentation, when applicable. Collect information from customers for services provided during production. Act as an escalation point for the Production Team to resolve issues quickly and avoid delays. Follow up on all open sales orders to ensure product is shipped in a timely manner. Complete and submit contract reporting in accordance with their due dates. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & ExperienceMinimum 1 year relevant experience required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Additional RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer Ability to bend,sit, and lift up to 50 lbs Less than 10% travel
