You will report to the Head of Procurement and act as a trusted advisor across the organization.Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $90,000-$110,000.Hybrid Work: We require team members to be in our downtown Minneapolis office three days per week, offering flexibility while fostering in-person collaboration.Benefits Offered:Health & Financial: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, family hearing aid benefits, and tuition reimbursement.Work-life Balance: Generous vacation, safe and sick leave, paid holidays, paid volunteer time off, parental leave and bereavement.Well-being: Access to our Wellness Hub and Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing holistic support for you and your family.Career Development: Access to Ampli-Academy, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, team training, and additional specialized training.Commuter Support: Reimbursement for transportation (parking downtown, bus or train).Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing & Cost ManagementSupport end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier selection, sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution across indirect spend categoriesPartner cross-functionally to identify, negotiate, and execute cost-saving and value-driving initiativesStakeholder & Supplier PartnershipAct as a trusted procurement advisor leading projects across multiple functions and, at times, geographiesBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships to maximize partnership value and performanceProcurement Operations & Continuous ImprovementManage purchase order activities, supplier master data, and procure-to-pay processes while resolving system or process issuesTrack and analyze procurement KPIs to recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiencyMust-Have Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field4–5 years of procurement experience, preferably supporting indirect categories (e.g., Marketing, IT, HR, Facilities)Working knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, sourcing methodology, and contract fundamentalsExperience using a source-to-pay system such as Oracle, SAP, or CoupaPreferred Qualifications:Experience partnering with Legal to review and redline commercial contract termsStrong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work across functionsContinuous improvement mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAmplifon is the global leader in the hearing care retail market, empowering people to rediscover all the emotions of sound.
