Senior Technical Program Manager II

Overview In this role you will lead large-scale programs to build Compass’s next-gen products and platform within the CIS engineering team. You will manage end-to-end program lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and communicate progress to executives. You will drive strategic planning, agile practices, and operational excellence, while shaping security initiatives to harden the platform.
