Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Attorney

Our client is a prominent, AV-rated law firm located in Tampa, Florida. The firm is seeking a qualified attorney for their Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of bankruptcy experience in federal and state courts.The position requires excellent academic credentials, as well as written and verbal communication skills, significant experience representing businesses, secured and unsecured creditors, and financial institutions in all aspects of the bankruptcy process. Also representing clients in pre-bankruptcy workouts and restructurings, commercial foreclosures, and judgment enforcement proceedings.This position offers a collegial work environment, a path to partnership, and excellent compensation and benefits. The team is both supportive and collaborative, providing valuable experience with seasoned practitioners.
