Remote Sales Development Representative

Ethixa Solutions is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to conduct outbound business-to-business outreach and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a performance-based W-2 position with uncapped earning potential. We provide the lead lists, tools, training, and support. We believe in honest recommendations, exceptional service, and helping organizations use technology to operate securely and efficiently. *What You'll Do* * Make outbound calls using company-provided prospect lists * Introduce business decision-makers to Ethixa Solutions * Identify organizations that may benefit from managed IT and cybersecurity services * Qualify prospects based on established criteria * Schedule appointments for our sales team * Document activities and conversations in our CRM * Meet activity and appointment-generation goals * Represent Ethixa Solutions professionally in all interactions *Compensation* This is a performance-based W-2 employee position.
