Assembler
Role: Precision Assembler responsible for preparing, assembling, testing, disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and reassembling equipment and mechanical seals to ensure high-quality products.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete assemblies following drawings, instructions, and work orders, including performing tests when required.Operate precision measuring tools (micrometers, vernier, CMM) and hand tools, ensuring parts meet specifications.Inspect, clean, and ensure proper assembly procedures are followed.Troubleshoot issues, participate in continuous improvement activities, and maintain safety standards.Handle shipping and receiving tasks and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications & SkillsHS Diploma/GED with 3-5 years relevant experience, including workshop and precision measuring tools experience.Background as a mechanic for rotating machinery or general mechanical work.Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals; strong communication skills.Proficiency with basic math, computer skills, and data entry systems.Physical ability to stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work overtime or weekends as needed.Customer service mindset, team-oriented behavior, and commitment to quality work.Preferred: Manufacturing or industrial experience.
