About the JobAll Training Provided | Onboarding Incentive AvailableT.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI).This role is ideal for teachers, tutors, CNAs, caregivers, and individuals looking for a meaningful career in behavioral health. Availability during afternoon and evening hours is preferred.Responsibilities:Provide in-home behavioral therapy following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.Collect and document behavior and progress data accurately.Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic home-based environment.Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members.Requirements:High School Diploma (proof and transcripts required).Resume and completion of onboarding documents.Up-to-date negative TB test.Credentialing documentation per state requirements.What We Offer:Onboarding Incentive.COVID Pay: Additional $3.20 per hour.Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour for shifts starting at 3:00 PM or later.Comprehensive training and professional development.Supportive team environment.Opportunities for career advancement.Benefits.Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Job Locations:Oakland, Shiawassee, Ottawa, and Genesee countiesApply today to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact!About the Company
