Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift: Sign-on bonus $2,500

Join our Team! ⭐ Job Type:Full-time: All currently open shifts are for 10 hour days Thursday through Sunday. Off Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Work Location:In person ⭐ Sign-on bonus $2,500(First half paid after 3 months, and second half after completing 6 months). This is not a “watch-the-clock” maintenance position. This is a critical production support role where your skills directly impact output, efficiency, and product quality. You’ll work on High-speed production lines 480-volt 3 phase power systems Variable frequency drives (VFDs) Servo systems I/O and machine controls Preventive and predictive maintenance systems eMaintenance CMMS Collection Data If you enjoy diagnosing problems, getting equipment back online quickly, and working with both mechanical and electrical systems — this role will keep you challenged and engaged. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot and repair bakery manufacturing equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Support production during live operations Complete building and facility maintenance projects Accurately document maintenance work and PM activities Work 8 or 10-hour shifts. This position may require overtime hours, based on business needs. Support weekend operations when scheduled This is an on-your-feet, hands-on production floor role. What We’re Looking For ✔ At least 5 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical experience ✔ Technicalcertification/trainingin Maintenance Mechanic & Electrical highly preferred ✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability ✔ Independent decision-making skills ✔ Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance ✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic ✔ Ability to work nights and weekends ✔Bakery or food manufacturing experience is a plus.
