Job Description:Lead Commercial Zone Team to exceed Business Elite and Regional Small Business and Dealer Fleet objectives in support of volume goalsMentor, train, coach and develop commercial district manager talentDrive2Great cultureFacilitate team sharing of best practicesMaintain and Grow Business Elite networkEnsure Business Elite standard compliance and effectiveness of participantsManage Business Elite Dealer Network by evaluating sales and market share performance and addressing underperforming pointsIdentify and engage additional Dealers to become Business Elite DealersCoordinate and execute commercial training meetings to grow professionalism and salesWork on small business/dealer fleet lead follow-through with DealersEncourage Dealer BDC implementation to help grow commercial sales and increase small business service retentionAnalyze market opportunities and work with team to develop strategies and plans to grow the businessServe as the subject matter expert to retail teams on the commercial businessWork with regional zone teams to grow small business and dealer fleet sales at all GM storesCoordinate and maximize Co-op Fund usageCapture Specific Opportunities with Ad-hoc Teams/InitiativesParticipate in Regional Truck Club meetingsSupport Government FAE in dealer related issuesManage Commercial ConsensusRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field7+ years of combined, progressive experience across field sales, marketing, or dealer operations, with demonstrated success in driving performance and leading cross-functional initiativesDemonstrated experience in leading and developing employeesHighly developed oral & written communication skills.High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others both within & outside the organization.Computer skills to develop, maintain & analyze data.Excellent organizing & planning skills to coordinate multiple simultaneous tasks.Ability to work independently & deal with conflicting priorities.Ability to think strategically and creatively.Broad knowledge of problem analysis methodologies & ability to develop resolutions.Good understanding of dealer operations, including sales, service & parts.Benefits:From day one, we're looking out for your well-being–at work and at home–so you can focus on realizing your ambitions.
