By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.Our Customer is seeking an In-Person Sales Development Representative on a contract basis to help support their business needs.This role is open only to candidates located in or within approximately 50 miles of the following locations:Auburn, ALSpringfield, ILEast Peoria, ILGainesville, TXSilverthorne, COVariable compensation structure offered through a monthly point-based quota system:Meetings conducted are valued at 2 points, while closed deals are valued at 3 pointsAchieving 100% of the monthly quota qualifies for an additional payout of $1,750ResponsibilitiesOwn execution of rapid-turn promotional campaigns for enterprise and mid-market restaurant partnersPartner cross-functionally with account teams, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure flawless campaign deliveryNavigate and operate across both new Ads Manager workflows and legacy campaign management systemsLeverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for campaign performance tracking and operational insightsSupport data entry and migration efforts to drive adoption of Ads Manager and ensure data accuracyTroubleshoot campaign and system issues, driving resolution independently or escalating as neededTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights to improve campaign performance and operational efficiencyBuild and maintain scalable processes that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and campaign executionCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and drive system and feature improvementsUtilize AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, improve processes, and increase operational efficiencyManage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentSkills And Qualifications2+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, data operations, or related fields (startup experience preferred)2+ years of experience writing and working with SQL queries for data analysis and reportingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflowsAbility to work autonomously, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution with minimal oversightStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environmentAbility to prioritize and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environmentProactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownershipPreferred QualificationsExperience editing and optimizing SQL queriesExperience with reporting and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Sigma, Tableau, or similar platformsExperience working with Product and Engineering teams to drive improvementsFamiliarity with design tools such as Figma or PhotoshopExperience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve workflows and productivityWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
