Mgr Customer Operations As a Customer Operations Manager, you play a critical role in overseeing the execution of business for our dedicated customers to ensure their needs are met. Responsible for managing a team of Account Managers and Customer Operations Representatives, you will drive service standards and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met for a portfolio of customers.
