This individual will use the ability to manage time and meet deadlines under pressure, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.Essential FunctionsComplete new loan set-up, funding, and post-closing reviewPost loan transactions for all product typesPerform loan maintenance in the core system as needed or directedComplete work to meet the established service level agreements and benchmarksPrepare and process payoff quotes and payoff transactionsRespond to customer inquiries with exemplary customer service in the established service agreementProcess loan modificationsReview and quality check ARM Rate Notice Report; adjustments to be made when necessary and correspondence sent to borrowerMonitor and reconcile reports as they apply to Small Business and Commercial Loans and perform follow up as necessary with internal and external business partnersPerform all post-closing servicing functions and tracking for Small Business Administration (SBA) guaranteed loansEnsure total document and data integrity attributes to comply with CECL data pointsTrain new hires to ensure consistency and standardization in servicing small business and commercial loansResponsible for reconciliation of General Ledger accounts and daily balancingMonitor collateral recordsEnsure accurate lien position, including recording and releasing collateral within the established timeframe, escalating concerns to managementPrepare applicable release documents as neededEstablish and maintain loan collateral records in the core systemProcess loan Line of Credit RenewalsProcess the paid commercial loan reportResponsible for daily balancing and assisting with the reconciliation of General Ledger accountsProcess all UCC continuationsProvide support for testing new products and servicesManage and distribute all servicing workflows and servicesGather Audit data requested by managementValidate year end reportingProvide back-up support to Collateral and Origination areasEnsure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulationsNavigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department to maximize technology tools and gain efficiencyWork as part of a teamWork with on-site equipmentEducation, Qualifications And SkillsHigh School diploma or Associates degree3-5 years of customer service experience5-6 years of Commercial or Small Business loan experienceKnowledge of commercial and small business loan products, credit policy, compliance and interpretation of legal and regulatory issuesKnowledge of loan documentation including the ability to read, interpret and make judgements from the documentationKnowledge of appropriate loan servicing support systemsAbility to work on multiple tasks without compromising qualityAbility to look for ways to help customers without introducing risk to the bank properlyEfficient communication, time management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to collaborate on solutions and provide feedbackAbility to assume leadership responsibilitiesNorthwest is an equal opportunity employer.
