Job Description ** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Project Support to fill a contract assignment in Atlanta, GA. Estimated to last 1 year duration. Local Candidates only. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in project coordination or support roles preferred. Assignment Schedule: At least 4 days in-office. Normal working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Workers may arrive as early as 7:00 AM. Arrival should occur between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with an expectation of working 8 hours plus a lunch break. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) 0-5 years (minimum) experience in project coordination or support role(s) Job Duties: Include project setup and maintenance per the client's ARM, asset allocation and booking in Power Plan, creating non-new business work requests. create and validate spot contracts. Estimated duration is 1 year, temporary position. Job Summary The purpose of this position is to coordinate key work management tasks related to capital construction projects, including cost-recoverable programs, from initiation to financial close-out. This position serves as a liaison between the pipeline contractors and the client's system and work management issues. Skills: Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail Effective communication Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) Ability to multitask and prioritize This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
