*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of a carpenter. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in carpentry, construction, and restoration, demonstrating both technical proficiency and a commitment to safety and quality standards. *Responsibilities* * Perform construction projects like roofing, siding, remodeling and new builds * Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction projects * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans * Participate in fabrication processes for custom projects * Conduct roofing, siding, and fixture installation with attention to detail * Perform cabinet installation, door hanging, and flooring installation * Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site *Skills* * Strong background in construction * Proficient in all aspects of carpentry * Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor associated with construction tasks * Knowledge of restoration industry practices * Competence in assembly processes related to construction materials * Understanding of stud framing and other techniques This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where their skills can directly impact project outcomes.
