Loader / Unloader

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Loaders / Unloaders to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, organizing shipments, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. This is a fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the shift. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers manually or using material-handling equipment Sort, stack, and organize products according to shipping and receiving instructions Inspect freight for damage and report issues as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move for extended periods Reliable attendance and punctuality No experience required — training provided Warehouse, loading/unloading, or general labor experience is a plus but not required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $21.00 - $25.30 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
