We're looking for operators who can step in, learn our processes quickly, and contribute consistently.What You'll DoAs a Machine Operator, you'll support the production of weatherstripping used by customers worldwide. This role goes beyond button-pushing and is well-suited for mechanically inclined operators.Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipmentLoad raw materials and remove finished productsMake simple machine adjustments as needed before moving to setups, basic changeovers, and machine adjustmentsMonitor quality standards and maintain specificationsFollow all safety, quality, and production proceduresAccurately record production data and communicate issues as they ariseCollaborate with technicians and supervisors to support continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForPrior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferredMechanical aptitude or technical skill set strongly desiredAbility to read work instructions, measurements, and production documentationStrong attention to detail, safety, and qualityReliable attendance and the ability to work independently once trained.
