Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Ed Martin Ford. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Anderson, IN. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers to understand their automotive needs, provide expert product knowledge and advice, and guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process. Additional responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and delivering tailored sales solutions to meet customer needsStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experienceExceptional Communication and Consulting skills for building customer relationships and effectively presenting productsAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environmentSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skillsBasic knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus, but not requiredFlexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to meet customer schedulesValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
