(Key) is expanding their IT department and is seeking a full-time skilled IT Support Technicianto join the teamThe IT Support Technician will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, assisting with network troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. Scholarship opportunities are provided for clinical-related graduate programs.Key is an internship placement site where employees can fulfill internship requirements for college credit.Intensive training, professional development and opportunities for advancement are available.Self-Care and Paid Time Off Benefits:(See attachment for details)3 weeks/vacation, 2 weeks/sick time, 3 days/personal, 3 days/bereavement and 12 paid holidays for full-time staff.Free, confidential employee assistance program for employees and adult household members for support with mental and physical health, financial, family, legal, parenting and other concerns.Other:Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.403(b) retirement savings account (tax-deferred).Pre-tax childcare.Qualifications:An associate or bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline and two years of technical experience working with network infrastructure, servers and telecommunications is required; or any equivalent combination of experience and training/certifications which provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Proficiency in Windows operating systems including Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suite.Understanding TCP/IP technologies such as DHCP, DNS, and related troubleshooting tools.Solid network troubleshooting skills - TCP/IP concepts and LAN/WAN issues.Experience working with Windows Active Directory and Office 365.Ability to configure and monitor antivirus and email security tools.Experience with SonicWall firewalls, exacqVision NVR, and Verizon MDM is a plus.The physical requirements associated with this job for lifting up to 30 lbs.Will be required to travel.Responsibilities:Provide application, network, operating system, and hardware support to end-users on a variety of issues; responds to telephone calls, emails, and personal requests for technical support. Provide onsite assistance as needed.Provide technical support, laptop, desktop, printer, and network connectivity issues as well as applications.Responsible for all aspects of the security and health of our network and hardware including but not limited to antivirus protection, patch management, data encryption, etc.Install, manage, and support various Windows operations systems and applications.New end-user setups and email account configuration.Image new computer hardware in preparation for deployment to end-user, install and update computer software.Who We AreThe Key Program is a private, non-profit human services agency whose mission is to support children, families, and emerging adults through trauma-informed, culturally grounded services that strengthen resilience, foster belonging, deepen community connections, and build a foundation for lasting well-being.
