As an established Workday customer, we are continually adding new modules, enhancing existing functionality, and helping our users get the most out of the platform. The current modules in use are HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence.The ideal candidate is hands-on in the tenant, operationally disciplined, and an effective people leader who can build structure, manage a global team, and partner across functions.How You Will ContributeLead the day-to-day activities of the BAU (Business As Usual) HRIS team, including coaching, development, and performance feedback.Provide managerial oversight of the GCC India analyst team, ensuring alignment on priorities, quality standards, and service delivery.Establish and manage a tiered support model (L1/L2/L3) with clear ownership, escalation paths, SLA commitments, and performance metrics.Manage production support cases including triage, assignment, caseload monitoring, and root cause resolution for recurring issues.Manage Workday bi-annual releases: coordinate testing with SMEs and business stakeholders, assess new features, and communicate functionality changes.Partner with HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other teams to support enhancements, defect resolution, and new functionality rollouts.Collaborate with the HRIS Implementation Lead, People Tech Architect Lead, and Integrations team on cross-functional projects as needed.Own BAU process documentation, configuration decisions, and support procedures to reduce knowledge silos and enable team scalability.Maintain knowledge of Workday trends and platform updates through Workday Community, webinars, and other industry forums.Provide regular status updates on in-progress work items and projects to leadership and stakeholders.Qualifications7+ years of HR technology experience with progressive responsibility, including team leadership. Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience required.Experience managing or overseeing an offshore or globally distributed team.Demonstrated ability to build and manage SLA frameworks and tiered support models in a complex, high-volume environment.Proven record of managing Workday production support including triage, configuration, and root cause resolution.Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, growing organization.Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to deliver an excellent experience.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Business Administration, IT/IS, MIS, or related field preferred.Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ITSM or ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira) a plus.Your journey at A&M We recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an employee experience that fosters each person’s unique professional and personal development.
